Noa Ha, geboren in West-Deutschland und Kind einer indo-niederländisch-deutschen Familie, leitet Noa Ha seit 2018 das Zentrum für Integrationsstudien der TU Dresden. Nach der Ausbildung zur Landschaftsgärtnerin studierte sie Landschaftsplanung an der TU Berlin und promovierte dort in der Architektur über Informalität und Rassismus am Beispiel des Straßenhandels in Berlin. Zunächst lehrte und forschte sie an der TU Berlin am Center for Metropolitan Studies sowie an der Humboldt-Universität im Bereich Historische Urbanistik, Stadt- und Raumsoziologie aus postkolonialer, dekolonialer und rassismuskritischer Perspektive. Sie interessiert sich für die vielschichtigen Prozesse der Raumproduktion, in die sich die Verflechtungen von Macht, Repräsentation und Subjektivierung einschreiben.
Seit Mai 2013 ist sie in den Vorstand des Migrationsrates Berlin-Brandenburg e.V. gewählt. Weiterhin ist sie aktiv in korientation e.V. und in der Critical Ethnic Studies Association (CESA).

Born in West Germany and the child of an Indo-Dutch-German family, Noa Ha has headed the Center for Integration Studies at TU Dresden since 2018. After training as a landscape gardener, she studied landscape planning at the TU Berlin, where she completed a PhD in architecture on informality and racism using the example of street trading in Berlin. Initially, she taught and researched at the TU Berlin at the Center for Metropolitan Studies and at the Humboldt University in the field of historical urban studies, urban and spatial sociology from a postcolonial, decolonial and racism-critical perspective. She is interested in the multi-layered processes of spatial production in which the entanglements of power, representation, and subjectification are inscribed.
Since May 2013, she has been elected to the board of Migrationsrat Berlin-Brandenburg e.V.. Furthermore, she is active in korientation e.V. and in the Critical Ethnic Studies Association (CESA).
